We are William Weber and Jeff Weber, founders of BESTiNSTRUCTORS.com. A five year collaboration of ideas, dreams and hard work has helped in creating this website. As we grow over the years, our mission is to become the industry standard in helping consumers find instructors, teachers, tutors, or guides in any form or genre. Snowsports is our main focus at this time. However new genres and skills will be added, and our website will change from time to time.

Willie is a ten year veteran of the ski and snowboard industry. He has gained experience both nationally and internationally. From Vail, CO to Stevens Pass, WA to Mammoth Lakes, CA and all the way to New Zealand.Willie has been many places and met many great riders and instructors. He has continually improved his personal snow sport skills, his approach to instruction and his philosophy on life. He attained an AASI level 3 certification in April 2003. That same month he was certified PSIA level 2 in the Northwest Division.

Willie has a great concern for the success of his fellow ski, tele, and snowboard instructors. His mission is to see their personal success grow. By providing this medium, Willie feels the instructor now has a new, exciting, and colorful avenue in which to market themselves. An oppurtunity for instructors to be engaged by potential clients and building a rapport that will grow over the years.

Jeff has over 12 years of marketing and management experience in the electronic and automotive industry. He brings the perspective of what instructors and consumers want and need from his own experiences with piano, tennis, and golf. His wife Dorothy of 12 years, and their three children also added to his inspiration that a fast, easy and fun method is needed to locate the best instructors. Their experiences in music, sports, and education fueled the need for a comprehensive directory of instructors, teachers, tutors, and guides. Jeff’s goal is to bring instructors and the best interests of families together.
